One of the ways I grew my account on Instagram was getting featured.
Want more exposure on Instagram? One of the best ways to drive traffic to your page is to have one of your photos featured by a large account. You can get feature accounts to see your photos by tagging them or by using their hashtags. Unless you have a very large account, your hashtags often won’t be seen, so remember to tag the accounts you want to be featured by and use their hashtags. Also make sure that you tag the right accounts. Look at the type of photos they feature and choose accounts that go with the photo you’re posting. Pay attention to color themes, tones, activities depicted, and style of photos. If your photo doesn’t mesh well with a feature account, you probably won’t get featured.
